Thompson's Custom Meats & Processing is a family owned business that processes for the public and a meat market that offers locally raised beef, from our very own ranch in Erath/Hood County. The Thompson's took over their location in April of 2020. We take great pride in giving our customers the very best service and beef!
 

We have two locations,  Our Dublin plant has a fully stocked Meat Market that is open 6 days a week. This plant is a state inspected facility and can process beef, swine, goats, and sheep. Our Stephenville location is a meat market only, providing customers with our very own beef that we process ourselves. Our beef is antibiotic/hormone free, and grain finished. We have a closed herd and we do test for any bovine diseases.
